CPG Paid Social Specialist, Client Experience

📋 Description

• Execute and maintain paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Meta, Google, TikTok, and
• Independently manage day-to-day campaign operations, including timelines, budgets, pacing
• Partner with lead strategists and relevant internal stakeholders to execute paid advertising
• Analyze campaign performance and proactively identify opportunities for growth, developing test
• Maintain accurate budget pacing and proactively identify potential risks, performance changes, or
• Own the execution and ongoing management of client testing roadmaps, coordinating priorities

🎯 Requirements

• 1–2 years of digital marketing experience, ideally including experience in a digital marketing
• At least 1 year of experience with direct-response marketing, particularly in e-commerce
• At least 1 year of hands-on experience with Meta or Google Ads for direct-response campaigns, with
• Experience leading paid advertising strategy for direct-response marketing initiatives and applying
• At least 1 year of experience using Google Analytics and Shopify, with familiarity with other
• Excellent Excel skills, including a strong understanding of advanced spreadsheet features, combined
