📋 Description

  • Fabricate crates/boxes for machinery and large items using woodworking tools
  • Read blueprints and specs to determine container size and materials
  • Lay out dimensions on materials with ruler and tape measure
  • Cut materials to size with handsaws and powered saws
  • Assemble using nails, screws, glue and hand tools; place product in container
  • Wrap, band and label crates; inspect for shipping readiness

🎯 Requirements

  • Read a tape measure
  • Experience with electrical saws (Panel saw, Jigsaw, & Miter saw)
  • Pneumatic nail and staple guns experience
  • Fork lift experience
  • Overhead crane experience
  • Able to lift over 50 lbs; good teamwork
