CRE Closing Administrator II

📋 Description

• Prepare accurate and timely loan documentation for commercial real estate secured transactions
• Support Commercial Real Estate business lines including Home Builder, Income Property, and
• Review appraisals and pre-construction evaluations for new construction and development loans and
• Gather invoices, fees, and escrow settlement information to prepare funding statements and
• Partner with title companies, escrow officers, and insurance agents to obtain and review title
• Oversee loan files to ensure complete and accurate documentation, reporting, statements, and

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Auditing, Banking, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or
• 2 or more years of experience closing or funding commercial real estate secured loans (Required).
• Understanding of commercial real estate loan closing processes and documentation requirements
• An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered in lieu of a bachelor's
