Build strong client relationships and market banking solutions.
Negotiate loan terms and conditions within lending authority.
Prepare and present credit analyses and lending recommendations.
Conduct credit reviews to ensure compliance with policies and underwriting standards.
Monitor credit risk and portfolio performance with accurate risk ratings.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Required); equivalent experience considered.
6+ years CRE lending, credit analysis, and business development (Required).
