Creative AI Pipeline Engineer

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end AI generation pipelines from brief to production with QC gates.
• Define technical quality standards with Creative Directors; sign off on AI deliverables.
• Lead technical approach in client pitches and RFPs within timelines and budgets.
• Design scalable AI workflows integrated into Monks.Flow.
• Advise on model selection, IP considerations, and AI production risks.
• Drive applied R&D, creating PoCs for new production capabilities.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in production, creative tech, or technical production environments.
• At least 2 years delivering Generative AI in production.
• Comfortable with ComfyUI or Node-based systems and workflows.
• Strong knowledge of open-source AI models (Gemini, Veo, Nano Banana).
• Python programming with APIs, cloud infra, and vector databases.
• Proven experience delivering client-facing projects for enterprise brands.
