📋 Description

• Coordinate a broad range of creative projects, including digital and print materials, advertising
• Manage projects from initial intake through final delivery, coordinating intake meetings
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive project records within designated project management systems.
• Identify and address obstacles such as missing information, delayed approvals, competing
• Provide clear, timely, and professional project updates, schedule reminders, meeting summaries, and
• Monitor team workloads, assess competing demands, and adjust assignments as needed to balance

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, along with at least 3 years of
• Understanding of creative production processes, project intake procedures, review and approval
• Proficiency in project management platforms such as Wrike or comparable tools, along with Microsoft
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple active projects simultaneously, maintain accurate records
• Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail, particularly when documenting
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities, with the capacity to deliver clear, concise
