• Oversee creative design service delivery; ensure on-time, on-budget projects.
• Coordinate project timelines and resources to align with client goals.
• Escalation point for AEs/CSMs; ensure client satisfaction.
• Track project progress; manage KPIs; use data to drive improvements.
• Develop and refine service delivery methodologies to boost efficiency and repeatability.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field; PM certs a plus.
• Proven experience in client services management; creative design experience a plus.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects.
• Strong strategic thinking; translate client needs into actionable plans; data-driven improvements.
• Excellent project management skills; track record delivering successful projects.
• Excellent communication; engage with clients and internal teams; multimedia content experience a plus.
