📋 Description

• Act as a senior creative partner to understand client goals and solve problems.
• Lead and inspire creative teams across designers, writers, and art directors.
• Oversee the full creative process from concept to on-brand delivery.
• Manage multiple brands with distinct voices and high quality.
• Present concepts to clients and explain the rationale and business impact.
• Guide creative strategy for new business pitches and opportunities.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Advertising, Marketing, or related field.
• Proven experience in creative roles with integrated campaigns.
• Experience leading a 4-6 person creative team.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Proficiency with Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; AI tools.
• Familiarity with Magnetic, Slack and PPTX/Keynote.
