📋 Description

• Own the Base brand's creative vision, driving growth in the onchain space.
• Partner with product leadership to design a nimble, integrated workflow across brand and product.
• Lead proactive briefs and reactive creative with the onchain community in real time.
• Mentor talent across the in-house Creative Studio, raising creative standards.
• Collaborate with strategists, producers, marketers, and ops to deliver industry-leading creative.
• Prototype ideas and deliver creative at the speed of onchain.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years as a creative practitioner leading end-to-end campaigns in a design-driven team.
• 2+ years building creative for onchain environments, engaging developer and creative communities.
• Published body of onchain brand work with measurable engagement or community growth.
• Translate brand strategy into original concepts and execute across digital, social, and onchain formats.
• Uses generative AI responsibly, with human oversight to improve workflow efficiency, cost, and quality.
