📋 Description

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of designers to grow their careers.
• Develop creative concepts and campaigns that strengthen brand and connect with audiences.
• Provide clear creative direction from brief through final execution.
• Partner with Brand, Content, Product Marketing, and Communications to translate objectives into creative solutions.
• Elevate visual identity across channels and touchpoints.
• Review and approve creative work to meet objectives and brand standards.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience leading and developing creative teams with direct people management.
• Strong background in graphic design, brand design, visual communication.
• Experience as conceptual Art Director with campaigns thinking.
• Ability to translate strategy, messaging, and goals into engaging concepts and storytelling.
• Strong design craft: typography, layout, visual systems, brand identity.
• Experience partnering with cross-functional stakeholders and navigating feedback.
• Experience in technology, SaaS, or high-growth environments is a plus.
