• Own Render's brand strategy and positioning

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience as an Art Director or Creative Director
• Proven experience managing and developing creative talent
• Strategic range with a strong brand vision
• Exceptional craft and taste across digital identity and brand
• Fluency in brand-as-system and design systems
• Strong cross-functional partnership with product marketing and leadership
