  • Own the creative vision across Growth and Product Marketing.
  • Lead creative across paid social, display, streaming, video, SEM, and web.
  • Partner with Growth Marketing, PMM, data, brand, legal, and compliance.
  • Lead and develop a multidisciplinary creative team.
  • Set creative direction, run reviews, and foster excellence and experimentation.
  • Shape AI-enabled workflow to improve ideation, localization, QA, and throughput.

  • 10+ years in creative roles; 3-5 years in leadership overseeing growth-focused creative.
  • Deep experience with DTC creative; build for feed, test, and read results.
  • Strong portfolio of paid social, digital, and video with measurable outcomes.
  • Fluency in the full funnel from awareness through conversion.
  • Proven ability to lead a creative team while staying close to the work.
  • Strong collaboration with cross-functional partners in growth, PMM, data, and brand.
