Creative Director (Hands on)

📋 Description

• Own creative strategy and delivery across multiple brands; main stakeholder contact.
• Lead the full creative lifecycle from briefs to execution.
• Direct and contribute to marketing assets: presentations, landing pages, campaigns.
• Build and manage project teams across copy, design, development, and growth.
• Maintain quality standards by reviewing deliverables for brand and messaging.
• Oversee CRM insights, dashboards, and lead-quality analysis to improve marketing.
• Identify and implement AI-powered workflows and tools to boost efficiency.
• Support leadership with strategic planning, reporting, and stakeholder updates.
• Partner with external paid media teams to translate metrics into insights.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in a marketing agency leadership role; manage stakeholder relationships.
• 10+ years of professional experience; manage complex projects independently.
• Strong creative leadership with hands-on execution mindset.
• Entrepreneurial, ownership-driven mindset.
• Demonstrated ability to build AI-driven workflows and automate processes.
• Attention to detail and quality control.
• Excellent communication with senior stakeholders.
• Experience with CRM platforms, dashboards, and lead pipelines.
• Strong written and spoken English; remote work ability.
• Reliable remote work setup; travel to the US up to four times per year.
• Experience in regulated industries a plus.
• Experience managing multiple brands and webinars; HubSpot, Close, Zoom, Calendly.
• Agency/owner-operator experience highly valued.
