Creative Director, Interactive Experiences

📋 Description

• Own creative direction for interactive experiences from concept to on-site realization
• Lead team of designers, technologists, and producers; balance client goals with compelling
• Drive spatial storytelling, sensory/environmental design and interactive tech integration
• Collaborate with production/partners to ensure concepts are buildable and maintainable
• Provide clear creative direction and mentorship to junior/mid-level creatives
• Represent studio as primary creative contact for clients and pitch new ideas

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in interactive/digital/experience design with team leadership
• Strong portfolio across interaction design, visual design, and concept development
• Direct experience with enterprise/tech clients and multi-stakeholder environments
• Hands-on with tools and willingness to prototype and implement concepts
• Understanding of current hardware/software capabilities; ambitious yet feasible ideas
• Experience with AI/tools in creative workflow and on-site experiences
