• Lead direction and production of advertising campaigns and media tie-ups.
• Manage roughly three projects per month smoothly.
• Develop concepts based on client requirements.
• Collaborate with Brand Partnership to include new digital trends and events.
• Create engaging, story-driven visuals.
• Collaborate with Hypebeast, Hypebae, and Hypemaker to maintain brand standards.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in the media industry; ad production with advertisers/agencies a plus.
• Passion for writing or commissioning exciting manuscripts.
• Ability to create and clearly explain presentation materials for a general audience.
• Skilled in directing photography and video shoots.
• Fluent in Japanese (portfolio must be in Japanese).
• Social media experience and up-to-date online fashion knowledge preferred.
