Creative Lead (CGI)

📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end CGI projects; ensure high-quality output with AI workflows.
• Set creative/technical direction for CGI: setup, lighting, rendering, delivery.
• Mentor and lead 3D artists; provide feedback and career growth.
• Collaborate with Producers/Team leads on objectives and deliverables.
• Allocate resources across projects; meet deadlines; maintain quality.
• Ensure technical excellence; troubleshoot; stay current with CGI and AI.
• Drive innovation; explore new tools/workflows to boost efficiency.
• Client-facing: present ideas; discuss progress; realize client vision.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 10+ years in CGI/3D; 3-5 years managing a team.
• Extensive CGI/3D experience; leadership across campaigns (FMCG, Luxury, Tech).
• Technical mastery: Cinema4D + Octane; Unreal Engine, Maya, Blender, Redshift (bonus).
• Adobe Creative Suite: After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere.
• Strong showreel demonstrating product viz and animation.
• Excellent English communication; client-facing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects; deliver under tight deadlines.
• Experience mentoring 3D artists and CG team leads.
