Creative Marketing Manager

📋 Description

• Own creative strategy and execution across happymoney.com, paid social, paid search, lifecycle
• Own creative performance across the funnel, from hook to message to call to action: define success
• Design creative for every channel as Happy Money's primary in-house designer, including paid ads
• Set Happy Money's creative standard as our new visual identity rolls out, working within brand
• Create content and creative for happymoney.com, including landing pages, articles, guides and
• Lead Happy Money's organic social presence on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and YouTube, and engage

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in graphic design, creative or content marketing, in-house or at an agency, with
• A portfolio with a mix of short-form and long-form work, including paid ads, email, direct mail or
• A strong graphic design foundation, through formal training or hands-on experience, including
• Expert in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and Premiere Pro, plus a mobile
• Comfortable on camera and excited to be the face of Happy Money's social channels
• Able to turn complex financial topics like APRs, credit scores and debt payoff into clear content
