• At least 1 year of experience in creative marketing or performance marketing within a product
• Proven experience developing effective advertising creatives for social media and paid acquisition
• Ability to research competitors efficiently and adapt successful creative approaches to different
• Strong critical thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to evaluate creatives based on
• Data-driven mindset and practical understanding of key advertising metrics, including CTR, CVR
• Experience working with AI-powered creative analysis and generation tools such as MidJourney
