• Deliver ad creative concepts aligned with KPIs for multiple products
• Improve the creative production pipeline with UA Managers
• Build and grow the Creative Marketing team (Designers/Managers)
• Plan and coordinate team workflows for timely output
• Track and report on creatives and team performance
• Develop a testing methodology for ads to boost performance

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ year leading a creative marketing team of 3+ people
• Understanding of User Acquisition and Performance Marketing
• Proven experience generating and developing creative concepts
• Strong leadership and team motivation skills
• Strategic thinking focused on achieving product KPIs
• English level B2+ and strong communication skills
