📋 Description

• Coordinate marketing tasks, timelines, and approvals across the team
• Prepare design-ready assets (resize, reformat, export) using templates
• Maintain brand files, creative libraries, and campaign folders
• Support Google account provisioning and access for new employees
• Assist with social media and email marketing (posting, scheduling, formatting)
• Track deliverables and update status reports for ongoing campaigns

🎯 Requirements

• Non-negotiable: remote work experience with Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana
• Prefer US or UK-based company experience; applications without this will not be considered
• Experience supporting marketing teams in a VA/Coordinator capacity
• Strong Canva skills; comfortable with basic design principles
• Ability to manage multiple requests, prioritize, and meet deadlines
• Excellent written communication and a high standard for accuracy
