🎯 Requirements

Professional photography and video production experience, with a portfolio showing range: film
Strong editing skills - Adobe Lightroom/Photoshop, Premiere Pro or Final Cut, plus grading, sound
Confident running a shoot solo - camera, lighting, and audio kit
Proven track record hitting deadlines across multiple concurrent projects
Fluent English; comfortable in a multicultural environment
