📋 Description

• Support the development and organization of operational documentation and knowledge resources for
• Translate operational changes into clear knowledge articles, process guides, FAQs, job aids, and
• Partner with Product, Process, Training, and Workflow Owners to gather and validate information
• Review and audit existing documentation for accuracy, completeness, and accessibility
• Identify content gaps and help ensure documentation is ready ahead of key migration milestones
• Support content governance and help maintain consistency across resources

🎯 Requirements

• Have an interest in or experience with instructional design, communications, technical writing
• Have strong writing and editing skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong verbal and written presentation skills
• Ability to simplify complex information for clarity
• Comfort coordinating with multiple stakeholders and managing competing priorities
