📋 Description

• Develop, document, and maintain global packaging operational processes and standards.
• Support packaging-related systems, workflows, problem solving, user training materials, and system coordination.
• Coordinate packaging development activities, timelines, and deliverables across stakeholders and vendors.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, cost savings, and operational efficiency through standardization initiatives.
• Prepare and maintain operational reports, dashboards, and tracking tools.
• Ensure alignment and communication across cross-functional teams and external suppliers.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, Design Management, Operations, or Packaging.
• 3–5 years in creative operations, packaging development, or production ops.
• Experience with workflow systems, process management, or ops tools.
• Experience in product/creative/packaging development for consumer products.
