📋 Description

• Analyze advertising creative performance and testing results to identify successful concepts
• Conduct ongoing marketing and competitor research to identify emerging advertising trends, creative
• Develop creative strategies by generating new concepts, advertising angles, and hypotheses aligned
• Identify opportunities to iterate on successful creative concepts and transform performance
• Prepare detailed creative briefs outlining concepts, references, visual directions, and production
• Plan and organise creative production workflows, establishing priorities, managing task pipelines

🎯 Requirements

• At least 2 years of professional experience as a Creative Producer within the mobile gaming
• Strong understanding of video and motion design production workflows, as well as the development of
• Solid knowledge of user acquisition metrics, including IPM, CTR, CVR, CPI, and ROAS, with an
• Proven experience analysing advertising creative performance and developing actionable hypotheses
• Ability to translate marketing insights and performance data into effective creative concepts and
• Strong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage deadlines
