📋 Description

• Manage day-to-day tasks and deliverables for high-volume digital and print asset production.
• Communicate with cross-functional teams to set priorities and action plans.
• Partner with project coordinators and art leads to drive schedules and production pipelines.
• Understand workflows and dependencies across project components and teams.
• Facilitate file handoffs to internal and external partners; maintain documentation/backlog.
• Attend status meetings, take notes, and follow up on action items.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in a producer or similar role with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Excellent organization and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks across multiple competing projects.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
• Experience with design in education technology or a related field (preferred).
• Understanding of design, video, and project management software (preferred).
• Enthusiasm for science, art, and design (preferred).
