📋 Description

  • Own production for events, goods, and digital assets; timelines and budgets
  • Develop briefs and concepts for cultural programs, from idea to execution

  • Build Run of Show docs; coordinate staffing, AV, and partners
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring projects to life

🎯 Requirements

  • 8+ years in a hybrid creative/producer role (agency, prod company, or in-house)
  • Portfolio showing concept work and production execution
  • Track record managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects on time and on budget
  • Experience with live or hybrid broadcast events (town halls, all-hands)
  • Budget and vendor management, including contracts and SOWs
  • Strong communication skills; comfortable with senior executives
