• Build creative systems, templates, mood boards, and AI workflows for fast ad production
• Develop visuals for ads using ElevenCreative
• Create and launch tests across Meta, Google, YouTube, Reddit, and new channels
• Develop a structured experimentation roadmap with recurring testing sprints
• Design analytics to identify winning creative patterns from performance data
• Launch and scale paid channels with compelling creative ads

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in performance creative, art direction, growth marketing, or design
• Deep expertise with generative AI for image/video creation using ElevenCreative
• Experience creating high-performing ads across Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube
• Experience with creative performance analytics tools like Motion
• Strong understanding of creative experimentation, performance marketing, A/B testing
• Expert proficiency in Figma, CapCut, Adobe Suite and modern AI tools
