📋 Description

• Own and rebuild the creative production function: team, processes, tooling, output.
• Lead hands-on production across all domains: speed, quality, and tools.
• Identify bottlenecks, redesign inefficient processes, scale with business.
• Build scalable production capabilities aligned with growth.
• Define KPIs and metrics: throughput, time-to-first-creative, cost per asset.
• Collaborate with Head of Marketing and creative teams.
