📋 Description

• Take ownership of assigned proposal and production efforts, coordinating creative deliverables from
• Create compelling graphics, infographics, charts, diagrams, process flows, organizational charts
• Design and format polished proposal documents, executive summaries, slide decks, and bid materials
• Translate input from proposal managers and technical subject-matter experts into engaging visual
• Maintain and improve proposal templates, style guides, slide libraries, graphic libraries, and
• Ensure all visual materials and documents are accurate, accessible, consistent, professionally

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in graphic design, visual communications, document production, proposal
• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual communications, marketing, or a related discipline, or
• Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and
• Demonstrated analytical ability and strong quantitative and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to communicate complex ideas effectively through written, verbal, and visual formats.
• Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with
