• Primary liaison between client, design, dev, and third parties through delivery
• Collaborate on projects from website design to video production
• Clarify requirements with clients for technical specs
• Create project documentation
• Support management to create project proposals
• Manage day-to-day project activities and ownership of all account tasks
• Track projects daily/weekly to ensure timely and on-budget delivery
• Inspire the team to generate innovative ideas and high-quality output
• Lead and coordinate internal and freelance team members
