Creative Project Manager

📋 Description

• Manage creative projects end-to-end, coordinating timelines, milestones, deliverables, feedback
• Coordinate stakeholders and production teams; central contact between CAT, artists, marketing, UA
• Drive production planning and prioritisation; define priorities, allocate work, manage dependencies
• Oversee project tracking and workflows; maintain project plans, schedules, task assignments and
• Support creative quality and delivery; briefs/assets ready, feedback clear, final deliverables meet
• Improve processes and ways of working; develop documentation, templates and best practices, analyze

🎯 Requirements

• University degree in project management, production, communication, business, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years in creative project management, production coordination, or content production.
• Experience with Airtable, Jira, Trello, Monday.com or equivalents.
• Ability to review briefs and production needs and identify missing information before production
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills; manage shifting priorities and tight deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
