📋 Description

• Lead paid social creative strategy for a portfolio of approximately 8–10 mid-level client accounts
• Use creative performance data, consumer research, brand insights, competitor analysis, and industry
• Continuously audit campaigns to identify winning and underperforming ads, translate findings into
• Develop consumer-centric direct-response copy, messaging strategies, creative concepts, and

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on experience developing creative strategy for paid social campaigns, with proficiency in
• Strong technical ability to pull, interpret, and apply creative performance data, identify trends
• Solid understanding of performance-driven creative best practices and the ability to apply them
• Demonstrated ability to write effective advertising copy, structure creative scripts, develop
• Experience using performance metrics such as CPA, CTR, and ROAS to evaluate creative effectiveness
• Strong client-facing communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively
