• Leads paid social creative strategy for 8-10 clients
• Uses data insights and brand research to design high-performing assets
• Collaborates with internal teams; maintains client communications
• Writes strategic, consumer-centric ad copy and messaging
• Audits accounts, presents data, and guides monthly test roadmaps
• Leads internal creative syncs and acts as client POC

🎯 Requirements

• Proficiency with Meta Ads Manager and other performance platforms
• Skilled at pulling and using creative performance data to inform roadmaps
• Knowledge of best practices for performance-driven creative
• Ability to write ad copy, structure scripts, and oversee production
• Strong communication with clients, production, and post-prod teams
• Ability to achieve strong campaign results through creative strategy
