• Lead creative strategy across Meta Ads, Google Ads, influencer integrations, and other digital
• Identify creative opportunities based on trending video game releases, new products, seasonal
• Develop high-converting advertising concepts, including creative angles, visual hooks, script
• Conduct ongoing competitor research and analyze digital advertising trends to generate fresh
• Write detailed, production-ready briefs for graphic designers and video editors covering static
• Direct video production with a focus on opening hooks, visual pacing, sequence flow, value

🎯 Requirements

• At least 3 years of dedicated experience in performance marketing creative strategy, advertising
• Proven experience writing production-ready creative briefs and directing graphic designers and
• In-depth understanding of short-form video performance, including opening hooks, visual pacing
• Practical experience developing advertising concepts for Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram), Google
• Ability to interpret advertising performance metrics and collaborate with paid media buyers to
• Excellent written and spoken English, with the ability to produce clear briefs, communicate precise
