🎯 Requirements

5+ years of experience in video content creation with a proven track record of standout original
Hands-on experience shooting and editing high-quality video using tools like Premiere Pro
Think in stories and apply a high bar with a strong point of view on quality
Self-directed and able to adjust approach during shoots if interviews aren't working
