📋 Description

• Produce and direct shoots end-to-end: concepts, shot lists, on-set, exports
• Translate goals into repeatable content systems (series, formats, hooks)
• Maintain a strong POV on what wins on social
• Collaborate with Growth + Brand; move fast, iterate on performance feedback
• Shoot with DSLR and iPhone; capture clean audio in NYC locations

🎯 Requirements

• NYC-based and flexible/on-the-go
• Produce/direct shoots end-to-end; not just execute
• Proficient in CapCut for social editing
• Own camera and lighting gear; run a nimble set
• Strong taste; performance-driven and iteration-friendly
• Highly organized, proactive, and collaborative
