Creator Campaign Coordinator

📋 Description

• Identify and evaluate creators for paid campaigns based on brand fit, content quality, audience
• Manage creator outreach and follow-up across email, SMS, and social channels, ensuring campaigns
• Coordinate creator agreements and onboarding, including contract distribution, signature
• Manage product logistics with participating creators and confirm product receipt ahead of
• Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for creators during active campaigns, providing timely
• Track contracted deliverables from campaign kickoff through final posting, proactively following up

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on experience at an influencer marketing, UGC, creator management, or talent
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate a high volume of concurrent creator collaborations while
• Excellent written and verbal English at C1 level or above, as creator and internal communications
• Exceptional organization, follow-through, and time-management skills, with the ability to manage
• Professional and relationship-oriented communication style, with the confidence to hold creators
• Proficiency with spreadsheets, project trackers, CRM systems, or creator-management platforms.
