📋 Description

• Source, vet, and onboard creators who fit Earth Rated brand.
• Maintain and grow an organized creator pipeline using AI tools.
• Own the creator database: current, tagged, and actionable.
• Manage creator contracts end-to-end and be the main contact for creators.
• Oversee seeding and gifting workflows; keep campaigns organized.
• Build and maintain creator performance reports using AI.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or similar.
• Experience managing multi-partner workflows end-to-end—contracts, timelines.
• Hands-on fluency with AI tools for research, reporting, automation.
• Strong organizational systems instincts; build missing processes.
• Excellent written communication to brief creators and update managers.
• Sharp eye for content; ensure brand guidelines in tone and visuals.
