Creator Growth Marketer

📋 Description

• Build and operate the creator recruitment pipeline from 50 to 1,000 active creators/month
• Own creator incentives: payment structures, milestones, exclusives, partnerships
• Run the creator community daily on Slack/Discord with nightly engagement
• Source and close media and partnership deals to expand the creator pool
• Work with product to define tooling needs and surface friction points
• Define and track metrics: activation rate, retention, content volume, incident lift

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years running creator programs or influencer networks
• Has personally built a community from scratch
• Comfortable owning a program that runs nights and weekends
• Strong taste in video content and viral instincts
• Experience with incentive design and creator economics
• Bonus: hyperlocal media, public safety, or news background
