• Develop and share best practices for player-first monetization.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in games product management or operations.
• Deep understanding of F2P monetization: balancing IAP and IAA.
• Cross-functional collaboration with engineering, product, and business.
• Experience running experiments at scale in production.
• Deep creator empathy; translate needs to internal teams; onboarding.
• Nice to Have: ad tech APIs/SDKs and game engines.
