Creator Growth Strategist (Contract)

📋 Description

• Lead one-time strategic growth consults for SMB creators.
• Own follow-up to ensure advice is acted on and tracked.
• Run recurring outreach to keep the pipeline full.
• Pilot new 1:1 formats as the program scales.
• Collaborate with the Creator Growth team on GTM initiatives.
• Remote ~20 hours/week contract.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in creator-facing, customer success, or SMB advising.
• Track record of advising creators or SMBs on growth.
• Ability to quickly understand a creator's business and offer tactics.
• Strong attention to detail and pipeline follow-through.
• Strong video-call presence with a customer-success mindset.
• Fluency with CRM/outreach tools (Salesforce, Airtable).
