Creator Outreach Associate Contractor (Brazilian Portuguese Fluency)

📋 Description

• Identify and onboard Brazilian Portuguese-speaking creators to Twitch.
• Conduct outbound outreach to creators and persuade them to join Twitch.
• Track creator trends and cultural moments to spot rising talent.
• Guide creators through onboarding to start streaming.
• Collaborate with the Brazil team to recruit Brazilian creators.
• Own creator relationships from first outreach to first stream.

🎯 Requirements

• Based in the United States and legally authorized to work and be paid in the US for the contract duration.
• Fluent in English and Brazilian Portuguese (spoken and written).
• Able to work hours aligned to Brazil's time zone.
• Experience in quota-carrying outreach, sales, or talent-scouting.
• Interest in creator support, lead generation, influencer marketing, or community management.
• Comfortable with CRM and creator-analytics tools; quick to learn new tools.
