📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end outreach and collaborations with content creators for Taimi.
• Identify creators aligned with LGBTQ+ culture, dating, lifestyle, and entertainment.
• Negotiate usage rights, buyouts, licensing agreements, and deliverables.
• Manage pricing discussions to balance cost efficiency and quality.
• Oversee contract execution with legal and ops; track deliverables.
• Build long-term creator relationships; main contact through lifecycle.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience in creator outreach, negotiations, or talent/content sourcing.
• Ability to structure deals and manage contracts and licensing.
• Understanding of social content, virality, and internet culture.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Operational mindset with attention to detail and execution speed.
• Experience coordinating with legal, ops, and marketing teams.
