Creator Partnerships Manager

📋 Description

• Own strategic creator partnerships; manage top creators for long-term growth.
• Drive performance and growth; analyze data and provide earnings insights.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Brand, Influencer, Product, and Data teams.
• Be the voice of the creator; advocate across departments.
• Own retention metrics: MAU, earnings growth, and creator NPS.

🎯 Requirements

• 4–6 years in customer success or creator/partnership roles.
• Proven track record managing high-profile creator accounts.
• Knowledge of affiliate networks, creator platforms, and social tools.
• Familiar with AI and automation tools; eager to expand usage.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Experience with Mailchimp, HubSpot, Claude, Looker is a plus.
