Creator Partnerships Manager (German-speaking)

📋 Description

• Responsible for the entire creator partnership process: sourcing, deal-making, campaign management
• Identify promising creators on Instagram and YouTube, approach them, and build long-term
• Negotiate and close deals with creators and their management, covering pricing, deliverables, and
• Manage campaigns end-to-end, ensuring content goes live on time, at high quality, and on-brand.
• Track performance KPIs (CPM, CPI, ROAS) to optimize campaign outcomes and report on results.
• Scale the creator network by maintaining and developing the creator database.

🎯 Requirements

• 1-4 years of experience in influencer marketing, creator management, or a similar field.
• Strong familiarity with Instagram and YouTube formats, trends, and content that converts.
• Proven deal-making and negotiation experience with creators and/or management.
• Data-driven mindset with ability to use metrics for decision-making and optimization.
• Fluent German (written and spoken) and very good English skills.
• Strong ownership mindset and proactive approach to identifying and executing tasks.
