Creator Success Program Manager

📋 Description

• Partner with leadership to develop and run creator education programs and onboarding.
• Deliver workshops, webinars, and coaching that drive creator growth.
• Lead programming for events like LTKCon, including curriculum and onsite execution.
• Create polished presentations, playbooks, dashboards, and enablement materials.
• Translate product updates and trends into actionable education for creators.
• Partner cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Brand Partnerships, and Community.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in creator success, education, program management, or related field.
• Experience building and scaling onboarding experiences or creator communities.
• Strong presentation, facilitation, and public speaking for audiences of varying sizes.
• Experience planning and supporting creator-facing events or large-scale educational programming.
• Proficiency with Google Slides/PowerPoint and Google Sheets/Excel.
• CRM experience (HubSpot or equivalent) preferred.
