Creators Coordinator

📋 Description

• Manage Fnatic Core creators roster globally and Crew ops; be primary contact
• Execute paid creator activations with partners; coordinate briefs, deliverables and deadlines
• Track delivery status, flag risks early; ensure contracts, disclosures, brand guidelines
• Ensure all always-on talent obligations (branding, panels, overlays, disclosures)
• Engage with Crew in Discord; be the face of the community daily
• Own the Crew talent lifecycle: onboarding > activation > performance review > retention/off-boarding

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in influencer marketing, creator management, or partnerships
• Great people skills; manage expectations with talent and remain calm under pressure
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Comfort working with data, reporting, and performance metrics
• Strong understanding of Twitch, YouTube, and short-form content platforms
• Initiative and comfort dealing with ambiguity
