📋 Description

• Own client health as a KPI, led by operating excellence and drive credentialing performance metrics
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce errors, and increase
• Ensure business continuity by proactively identifying risks, developing mitigation plans, and
• Manage client escalations, working closely with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently while
• Act as the escalation point for complex credentialing challenges, ensuring timely resolution and
• Oversee capacity planning, workload management, and capability building initiatives to support
