Credentialing Specialist | Onsite - Pittsburgh

📋 Description

• Manage end-to-end initial licensing and registration for pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, and
• Support employees with preparation and submission of license applications in compliance with each
• Coordinate fingerprinting, background checks, and other state-specific onboarding requirements
• Track state-specific protocols and ensure all required training milestones and documentation are
• Partner with the Training team to align licensing milestones with new hire onboarding timelines
• Manage the renewal lifecycle for individual licenses, tracking expiration dates and initiating

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus
• Exceptional attention to detail and high accuracy
• Outstanding organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Strong communication skills and comfort working cross-functionally
• Builder’s mindset to solve complex problems with scalable solutions
• Comfort working independently and owning projects from start to finish
