Credentialing Specialist (Temp)

📋 Description

• Manage the credentialing and compliance process for travel healthcare candidates from onboarding
• Review candidate documents for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with facility and Aya
• Communicate with candidates, healthcare facilities, recruiters, and internal partners to obtain
• Monitor candidate files, deadlines, and start dates to maintain a strong sense of urgency and
• Maintain accurate candidate records and documentation within credentialing and compliance systems.
• Apply department processes, available resources, and facility requirements to move files forward

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience considered in lieu of education.
• Experience in a fast-paced, deadline-driven administrative, healthcare, staffing, credentialing
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting established deadlines and service level
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify missing, inaccurate, or incomplete information.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
